  • Draft and publish climate change research reports on low-carbon transition planning and resilience, including a landscape analysis of the financial sector’s role in transition plan uptake, data tagging taxonomy under ESRS regulations, decarbonization co-benefits, and utility interdependencies.

  • Co-lead internal communications, including all-company calls, internal newsletters, and company-wide announcements, while working with leadership across the company in Tech, Product, HR, and Operations to communicate company strategy and goals. 

  • Co-plan the content, coordination, communication, and presentation of the annual company meeting for 600+ employees in a hybrid format with 78% approval from attendees. These events included external speakers Indra Nooyi (former CEO of Pepsico) and Sumnit Singh (CEO of Chewy). 

  • Collaborate with company leadership to organize, draft, and edit the quarterly materials for the Board of Directors of the Motley Fool.

  • Own and optimize the internal company intranet housed on Happeo to collect and sort all relevant company-wide information.

  • Successfully conducted email outreach on a consistent basis in the personal finance space to secure links to original research or interviews for subject matter experts on The Ascent.

  • Co-direct an outreach project with an emphasis on collaborating with business school professors, which resulted in a ~50% win rate in securing links from .edu websites— a strong driver of search rankings within Google.

  • Ideate content and research in the personal finance space, including alternative housing, buy-now-pay-later, and other personal finance topics to secure backlinks to fool.com/the-ascent.

Digital Media Lead - The Blueprint by The Motley Fool

  • Develop a public relations plan to generate media coverage and backlinks and ultimately higher search rankings for The Blueprint by The Motley Fool, as well as a reporting system for Blueprint and Motley Fool leadership to measure strategy outcomes and success.
